Nice hotel, all the basics. Great location to stay for Carlsbad Caverns. Rooms large and clean. Everything we needed for a nice nights stay. Staff were amazing at both checking in and out. Breakfast had several options. Good hot water with good pressure. Only recommendation would be sheets that fit mattress better. Otherwise nice hotel at decent price. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and very affordable! The staff is AMAZING!!! Will definitely be coming back soon the rooms are very clean as well are the bath rooms! Very nice and quiet! It’s perfect highly recommend! Also the lady that helped us the night we checked in was very helpful, sweet, and very attentive with everyone! I didn’t catch her name but she had red hair!

I had been searching for a place that wasn't overpriced and would provide a decent nights sleep for my partner, 2 service dogs and myself. I found Travelers Inn through Kayak and saw decent reviews and wanted to give it a try. When contacting the office for a reservation, I spoke with Amanda who was very helpful and personable especially compared to the other hotels I had contacted in the area. We booked our reservation and were good to go. Upon arrival, the woman who checked us in was dealing with an issue with some other guests. It took a few minutes before I checked in which wasn't too big of a deal, it gave us time to stretch our legs after a long drive. While working with the other guests, she directs attention to me and said if you don't have a reservation I can't help you. I assur

Modest place to stay. Older but comfortable and clean. a gym across street,and also medical building across the street. We did get a suite, room had TV in both rooms. Separated by hall and bathroom. Nice Little breakfast, no bacon and potatoes, but waffles, cereals bagels and pastries. The only negative. Location on far side of town. But note a huge town so still only 30 min from Carlsbad caverns. Lots of restaurants in area with a wide variety of options. Room was two beds and fold out couch. the staff was awesome. Room also had bar sink, microwave and small refrigerator.

No elevator, and in my room the AC did not work very well, room was a little muggy. The room I stayed in does not look even remotely similar to the photos shown by the hotel. Nice staff and good breakfast however the hotel itself could use an update on a few things. Cable was decent, TV was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel and the WiFi was surprisingly good. All in all, it's an okay stay if you're there for a night or two and if you don't require wheelchair accessability.
