Greasewood RV Park

This guy is awesome this park is awesome. It's a relatively plain sight so it's just a park and stay overnight kind of a deal or even long-term but there's no playgrounds for kids or shower houses or anything like that that I saw. The Establishment and the man that owns it is awesome. My buddy and I who's a disabled vet and I didn't even tell him that, we're coming in from a long day of driving and it was really late and he was the only one that answered the phone and told us to come on in. There should be a rating higher than five stars for people like this! Thank you

Called here late last minute looking for a place to lay low, so I could visit Carlsbad and Guadalupe the next day. Neil the owner answered right away, and my first interaction with him he invited me into the welding shop to hangout with the guys and offered me a beer. I ended up staying 2 nights. He said he doesn't usually take nightly stays, but let me and didn't even charge me. True hospitality, the owner is a real salt of the earth kinda guy, not many people like him left. Everyone living on the grounds I met were great people, spaces were level with full hookups, also a spot to do laundry and sink, everything you need. Couldn't recommend enough.

Just because I rated Greasewood RV Park as a three doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with it. It’s just a no-frills parking place. We’d probably stay here again since there was no road noise, no loud voices, and no bright lights glaring into our windows at night. It has the bare minimum of what you need if you have an RV with a toilet. And they allow dogs. $30 cash or check gets you full hookups with free WiFi.

Owner quickly answered the phone and guided us to any open space for our motorhome even though we didn't call until 7pm and arrive after 8. Perfect location to get South of Carlsbad and closer to the Cave National Park..electricity hookup was easy, ground was level

I love it here. They make you feel at home. Safe.
