University Inn & Suites San Antonio

This place and the people who run it I would recommend and appreciate this place, as I have a service dog. The room was amazing and clean. I had a great sleep. I literally am going to use this place again. Right off I-10, great price, clean bed and room.

Positive: The staff was great Negative: There were many large dead bugs in my room

I did a long term stay here and I am telling you the low reviews about bed bugs, etc. are from competitors nearby. This is the only hotel in Texas that has no roaches crawling the walls. The owners and staff are kind. The maids are bi-lingual and speak Spanish and English. Speed test 19 up and 19 down, fast enough to play my PS5 and stream movies.

Very clean. I booked a smoking room, and the room doesn't have any cigarettes smell at all. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Sheets are very nice and smooth, super comfortable. Will stay here in the future.

Service when check-in was a bit of a problem. Had to call to get someone to help with check-in. Bed was uncomfortable. Location was great. Room were clean.
