Positive: Location Negative: The cockroach on the bathroom floor. The refusal of the manager to refund my money when I left rather than stay overnight. I showed him a video of the vermin and he was totally unapologetic.

for the price, it's a decent value. i've experienced similar value for a little bit less ($110 or $120 vs. the $140 i paid here), but the room was spacious and pretty clean. they have free breakfast but i woke up too late to experience it, so can't speak to that. they also have an outdoor pool but it's winter so too cold to experience that right now. i would return ifi needed a quality room on a budget.

You can tell that this was recently a flagged hotel. Housekeeping service does a really excellent job they were really friendly and the room was spotless. I found the rear parking lot to be very dog friendly as there is minimal traffic. I also found the back parking lot to be very safe to park in even though it was dark in some areas. There is a doggie bag station in the back parking lot also. Hot water was immediately hot, no waiting. Pillows in linens were very awesome and I am very picky with both. Plenty of common areas and wide hallways. As long as the service and pricing remains the same as when I visited, I 100% would be back. Ashish was very accommodating and welcoming both on the phone and in person.

I've stayed at this location before back when it was a La Quinta. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable and the service was nice. The only reason why I left four stars instead of five is because we didn't have the proper amount of towels in the bathroom for three people and there wasn't a fresh toilet paper roll on the toilet paper holder. It looked like we left it there from the previous guest. Other than that our stay was wonderful. It was it within 30 minutes walking distance to the UC theater where we went to go see a show in just a little bit further we would've been on the campus. There was coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day and there was ice water and in the morning there was cucumber water. I will definitely be booking a room again in the future

Don’t go. Not only did I find a cockroach in the bathroom, when I asked the manager for a refund before I had spent the night, he refused. I called Priceline where I booked it and they said that he refused. The telephone in the room did not work.
