Ukiah Mobile Home & RV Park

About 3years ago they raised the sewer, because they said they where going to fix it.Its still smelling! You got cars sitting tags expired, weeds,and spider webs all under it.Sometimes it hard to get a hold of management. People fighting yelling at 3am.allways at one trailer.Got pot holes when you pull in,,they been here since I been here over 10 years.And they put in there own cable,cut off Xifinity,I was on a contract, have to pay early termination fee! So on and so on. I'm sure they will respond with some excuse. They so raise the rent 6/7% each year. No other park in ukiah does it.

No onsite management. They increase rent without a notice increases trash and sewer without a notice. They harass you with notices. The rules are only applied to who ever they decide to bully that day. Management never speak to you directly about there concerns, they just assume you are breaking the agreement and give you a notice. The rules are not enforced. Many many feral cats roaming around aswell as residents cats outside when cats have to be indoor cats only. 2 pets per site are not being enforced. many residents have multiple pets. Horrible sewer smell during summer. During winter, entrance floods so children who catch the bus cannot due so due to the flooding. Maintenance personnel only leaf blow the road and leaf blow all the dust and leaves to the sides into other residents yards

been living in trailer park for approx 10 years seen a lot of managers come and go. But Virigina has been the best manager this park has ever had. her personality and kindness is not like any manager we have seen. she always has a kind word and works hard at making the park look its best. As home owners, we are thankful to have someone of her caliber. sincerely steven and sarah.

It’s a nice place the manager is very helpful and gets the job done her and her guys do an amazing job on the landscape and all of the business that needs to be done. She’s very helpful to her tenants and she goes out of her busy day to help people that need it she’s very nice and does an amazing job on mobile homes and she does make it feel like a home to others

NO on site manager, Trash over flowing in dumpster, weeds around some trailers not cut. Looks like park not well maintained.
