Comfort Inn & Suites Ukiah Mendocino County

It's very good value. The room is clean and the breakfast was much better than expected. There was food actually prepared on site and it was good! The very few staff we encountered were friendly. It's clear that they are short-handed, and when the computer is functioning poorly, it makes things difficult. The room we stayed in needed a little bit of maintenance--a hole in the curtain, some paint peeling off the wall above the shower, but it was basically clean. Housekeeping does a great job. The property needs a bit of TLC. The staff is great!

This is the 2nd time for a stay at this hotel. The TV’s do not work. Station selection is ??!!!. Customer service came to the room. She had no luck restoring much of the channel selection. Requested another room because of the TV and because the carpet was wet and smelled bad. Front desk personnel kind, efficient. Did not eat there. Rooms clean and attention to detail obvious. Over priced.

This was a decent hotel we stayed at for the night, we got a King Bed with Handicap accessible bathroom. The room was nice and came with a balcony which kept our vehicle visible. The only down fall is the A/C in our room wasn’t working correctly which we had to switch rooms at midnight. The staff was quite professional about resolving the situation in a timely manner, which is much appreciated. The breakfast they provided was decent to get you moving for the day. I recommend staying here if passing through Ukiah.

We had a lovely overnight stay here. We encountered a couple issues upon check in, but they were pleasantly and very quickly resolved by the helpful young lady at the desk (I believe her name is Honey). ||Hotel itself could use some updates and carpet cleaning, but overall good value for our stay there. Clean beds and excellent staff make all the difference! :)

The hotel needs some maintenance work. The magnetic keys died 2 of the 3 nights there, we had to hunt down a front desk worker one night, and the toilet rocked back and forth. But it was quiet and comfortable.breakfast was just ok.
