Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Ukiah

I’m very frustrated with extended stay in ukiah and booking.com. I paid for 2 weeks for my daughter to stay there to be closer to the hospital in ukiah because she was pregnant with twins. She ended up having them a week early so they didn’t stay the 2 weeks only 1 week. We have talked to booking.com and employees at extended stay, we haven’t actually talked to the manager at extended stay even tho we have called and left messages for him at least 6 times. This is getting ridiculous because this has been going on since Dec. 21st. We are owed 900.00 which is alot of money. But both companies are giving us the run around. We just want our money and no one is helping us. The thing is the stay was good but after this run around we won’t be using extended stay again. Please pl

Positive: Large clean room. Negative: Wasn?t told breakfast hours, only that it was grab and go, so we thought we could grab something at checkout, but there was nothing to be had except coffee and tea as all the food was cleaned up. Also had to ask for real glasses for the room.

very clean, brand new hotel with modernized concept of open spaces, simple design, and clean surfaces. One of the nicest in room kitchens I've seen. Full sized fridge, and 2 cooking surfaces. HUGE tv screen. Nice work table that has locking wheels to add to it's versatility. Quiet location too. Not close to Central Ukiah, but maybe only 5-7 minutes away. I love the fact the floors are not carpet. Bathroom has one of those huge illuminated vanity mirrors. Overall, the best place I've stayed at in Ukiah and I think I've done most of them. Other places show wear and tear and are tired.

I work statewide all year round and I always book hotel rooms for a week and I look for the ones that they offer kitchenette so I can warm up my food and made my coffee in the mornings and toast my bread this hotel offer kitchenette but is the only hotel that has kitchenette and not coffee maker and toaster also if I book a hotel for a week I expect to have clean towels for the whole week but not in this one there is only two towel and I tiny bottle of shampoo and when I went to the front desk to ask for a clean towel they told me I have to bring the dirt ones to the front desk to exchange them for a clean ones !! So I have to go all the way to 3th floor trying to rush to get the dirty towels so I can take a shower and not get late to work !!! Breakfast and coffee is a -10 a granola bar i

Me and my wife and toddler stayed 4.5 months at this hotel and the front desk and the building maintenance and the hotel maids were all five stars out of five. Top notch. It was a very nice stay.
