The Orchard Hotel

My husband and I were traveling for work and found this hotel, it looked like a great value but we didn't know was how great of a value we would get. Our room was massive, so comfortable, and very inviting. The hot tub was a huge bonus. A delicious complimentary breakfast to round out the experience. The receptionist at the front was so sweet and friendly. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. After checking out and driving away, my husband realized he had accidentally left two phones in the room. Within five minutes, the hotel contacted us to let us know that the housekeeping staff had found them and immediately brought them to the front office. We were incredibly grateful for their promptness, honesty, and professionalism. This level of care and integrity truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us. Highly recommended.

Positive: It was updated and spacious Negative: Almost none of the plugs worked. Couldn?t connect to the wifi and the shower head had a leak that drastically reduced pressure and sprayed water everywhere

I loved my stay here. We checked in after midnight and the girl who checked us in was cheerful and friendly. Our rooms were beautiful amd very clean. They provided everything in my room from fully stocked towels, to a coffee pot, a full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a refrigerator, microwave, and even a small safe. I will definitely be returning here to stay soon.🙂👍

A Fantastic Value with Standout Service My recent stay at the Orchard Hotel in Ukiah was a genuinely pleasant experience and an excellent value. The hotel itself is roomy, very clean, and in a great, convenient location—everything you want for a comfortable stop. What truly stood out, however, was the service. While checking in, the young lady at the front desk was expertly handling a minor issue with another guest. Despite being focused on that task, she made a point to immediately acknowledge me with a warm smile and a greeting, assuring me she’d be right with me. Her ability to multi-task seamlessly while making every guest feel seen was impressive and set a wonderful tone for our stay.
