Twin Lake Dispersed Area

I had heard a lot about this place, and decided to go there, NEVER AGAIN!!! Picked out a beautiful spot to camp, set up my tent in the dark, and woke up to seeing toilet paper and 💩 everywhere. I moved here from Michigan 10 years ago, and I'm going back. This is definitely not the first time I've experienced this, especially in Colorado.

Beautiful place.. Amazing at night with the stars out. I can't wait to go back .. But people need to clean up after themselves. Leave things better than you found it.

Great camp ground, with fishing, hiking, firepit. Great for tents or camper. Very small everyone is 50ft or further away. No amenities. Just the basic camping.

Most disrespectful campers I’ve seen. To the couple who parked in the obvious “no camp spot” this is why they close places like this down! Litter and dog poop everywhere. Fires in a fire ban. Such a great place just getting trashed by the wrong people.
