Stay Wise Inn Cedaredge

The Stay Wise Inn in Cedaredge is a nice place. Its well located off the road next to the local library, its quiet, budget and simple. The staff are very motivated to help and there is a egg breakfast that you can order as you like. The premises are clean and the rooms neat. Sadly the pool and hot tub were closed when I was there. Overall I would return here and recomment it to anyone.

If the dictionary has a definition for hospitable, Joya, at the front desk would have her picture there. She is remarkably welcoming and helpful. The beds are comfortable, there is a microwave and fridge in the room and a coffeemaker. Maybe the best kept secret is the complimentary full breakfast, cooked to order by either Melinda or Christal. We were given a choice of eggs and chose omelets, with ham and all the veggies and cheese, and our request to cook it in butter and not seed or “vegetable” oil was cheerfully accommodated. Maybe one of the best omelets ever. So cheesy. If you’re ever headed over the mountain to Cedaredge, it’s a wise stay choice.

My husband and I stayed here and it was just an amazing experience from the start. Joya checked us in and was so friendly and offered chocolate chip cookies and popcorn that was in the lobby! The room was very clean and comfortable, loved the indoor hot tub and pool, and then a wonderful omelette the next morning with Melinda! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing thru the lovely town of Cedaredge!

Positive: Staff was great and made the experience more enjoyable. Negative: The hot tub was broken and the kids were bummed out about that.

We were told at 5 am that the manager would not come rent us a room. So no there isnt someone there 24 hours a day. The room is nice. We ended up renting a second room. That room was nice too but the coffee pot wasnt clean. The shampoo and other bottles were half empty, meaning they were not replaced between stays. The hot tub was down. Breakfast is included 😋. The omelets are great. They did not have more cream cheese for bagels. Over all not bad but a few things could be better.
