Twin Hills Cottages of Acadia

Stayed in the green cottage. It was cozy and clean. It has a comfortable bed and decent water pressure. I loved the fact that you don’t have to check in with anyone. I got in very late after a day exploring. Having the key code ahead of time and knowing it didn’t matter when I got there was a huge convenience! I will definitely stay here again!!

Clean cozy and quiet night stay says it all- these cabins are along US Rte 1 between Ellsworth and Bucksport. It's an ideal location central to the Blue Hill/Surry and Acadia Park/Bar Harbor coastal areas. Accommodations are simple and basic but clean and functional; host Jon responded quickly to my requests. -AB

It was a great place to stay. Service was excellent. Location was good to our needs. Quiet place. Ample parking, nice outdoors space to chill after a long day!

There are eleven of us staying in this place. Unfortunately the eating area seats four. The a/C are standing units which blows into the living room area. We like the place except for that lack.

We spent a night here and found the cottages charming, clean, and private. The bedding was a little faded, but we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. The shower was great, but you need to run the water a while to get it hot. Cottages near the end have trouble getting wifi so we didn't have data, but that could be an easy fix if they add a repeater.
