Came across a TikTok video with this young lady posted a video her interaction with the host then denying to refund her her money when they had bedbugs. Also, the room door don’t lock the room smell like hot grease the walls were sweaty and yellow. She spoke to them respectfully and showed them the video she was on a livestream people saw rats running around. There was roaches in the room when she came down to speak to the host. He completely told her to shut her mouth and she’s complaining too much and then he called the cops on her. She has a TikTok video when the cops came the cop sided with her. They told her to call small claim court into report their business because how they’re treating customers this place is disgusting and dirty and sick people have no respect for customer service

All the office staff are very professional,polite,and courteous.They will always ask you if you have any wants or needs as soon as you check in and also help with your luggage and concierge services that is very great as if you were on a carribean Cruise or vacation. If I could they will receive 10+ star for having a great staff that is led by Mr.Patel which is their manager. Lawrence Pickaree

No clue to how the hotel is . I booked it foe the stock show thinkingbit was close but turns out it's at the NRG stadium. So I booked it . Literally 30 minutes later tried to cancel the booking . Had to contact the hotel only to find out 24 hours later that they won't cancel it for free . Literally cost me the ENTIRE STAY of 2 nights . Really ?! It was 30 minutes later guys ! What a joke .

Nice rooms and great service

This room was clean...looked newly remodeled...they went up on the hourly rate and I see why...the restroom was clean remodeled loved the shower... wasn't too happy with the tv channels but overall no bugs no filth the entire property was clean. Great job!
