we had a beautifully relaxing time at Tween Waters Resort. the food at the pool bar is exceptional (n cold beer too!) and the servers friendly and kind. it was warm (a fabulous change from northwest FL) but not hot in late Jan. Shorts worn n bathing suits by the pool. The excursions via the close by marina are also enjoyable. we saw spoonbill birds and other birds at Ding Darling reserve. it was a super fun trip with friends.
I am writing this review to warn others about the severely disorganized spa. I am a huge fan of Tween Waters. I've been a guest many times for day and extended periods of time. I was looking for a new place to treat my friends to spa treatments and thought of Tween Waters. This is the biggest mistake I have ever made. I don't want others to endure what I have endured. |To begin, I was visiting in December and decided to purchase the gift cards. This was on a Saturday. The young lady at the desk did not know how to help me purchase the gift cards. Later in the day, my husband tried again and with the help of another staff member I purchased my gift cards.|Skip forward to January, I call to book 5 services - 3 massages and 2 facials. Due to the lack of staff, the young lady needed to ask her
I LOVE this place. The website doesn’t do it justice! Everything is very well kept. We had the beach across the street, and the marina behind us. There’s paddle board and kayak rentals, Pickleball, biking, restaurants, pool and hot tub. Everyone was very friendly and everything was very clean. We spent two full days shelling in front of the property, as well as at blind pass on both sides. It was a truly magical stay and I can’t wait to come back! there were gluten-free options, my only wish is that there was a pizza crust option that was both vegan and gluten-free. Other than that, totally perfect!
Went with my wife on a day pass for valentines day ($100 for the day)… Long drive cause it’s slow going once on the island in season. The resort was clean, but none of the restaurants or bars are open till 3pm, except for the pool bar which has a limited menu. The food was meh… tried the grilled chicken sandwich. The fries bucket was decent. Nice marina on the resort and two heated pools, one is an adult pool… parking was good. Hope this helps…
Had a great stay with friends. So many amenities, spacious room, and beach across the street. Walked the beach to and from the village every night. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. A great girls weekend.
