Plantation Beach Club

This place is an introverts dream! Just curl up on the couch, the deck, or the beach and read a book. The wooden paths have been extended all the way to the beach, and a shower head at the base of the building to wash yourself and your feet of sand. They built a giant sand dune to prevent future flooding though, so anyone with mobility issues isn't going to be dipping their feet in the Gulf unless someone can carry them. You can swim in the heated pool, go out on the beach at night and look at the stars, and search for seashells and watch the birds run around. Trolley service is back, so you can jet down to the harbor and watch the manatees and dolphins swim around. But be warned: it's best to just pretend the rest of the resort doesnt exist. Don't hype yourself up about going to Scoops

Very clean and well kept. Great beach access! The beach is full of shells so bring some water shoes.

Still run down from Hurricane. If you are timeshare owner you have limited options. You cannot use the resort amenities. A once wonderful place to go has been overtaken by corporate greed.

Rented in Mid May. The condo was beautiful. It has a great view of the Gulf. The beach is not groomed but it is still nice. In Mid May it feels like you have the beach almost to yourself.

Best beach in the USA. Even after the hurricanes where mostly everything needs to be rebuilt i would still go here than any other beach
