Tween Bay's Motel

It ain’t a 5 star hotel, but I use common sense in my ratings.. so I gave it 5 stars because at the price point my expectations were met. I needed a cheap room for the night and had a limited time frame and budget.. they helped me out. Owners are nice people and helpful. Thanks again!

Bad management. The man is rude to the tenants. (Wife was so sweet) On the 4th day rudely asked to leave and wasn't creating any commotion nobody was fighting or anything along those lines. There is no room service and nobody cleaning the rooms you cannot get clean towels or anything else. Some of the rooms have bed bugs and roaches. The woman tells you one thing about paying the money and then the rude manager man tells you another and then gets mean and rude about it. There's no reason to be mean or rude to your tenants. Nice gets you a long way and having respect get you a long way. Especially when you have tenants that are truly needing the hotel room.

Same old story and same old manager people. You know I love how they change their rules every so many months. Got a man standing across from you with a dog and you come in there with your dog and she goes oh there's no dogs allowed oh wait a minute that's that dog that acts like a baby yes I had her here the last time! How you going to tell somebody no dogs when the person standing by you has a dog? Same rude management he doesn't clean the rooms he doesn't fix anything the floors are nasty the bathrooms are broken I mean if they can't run the motel correctly they don't need to run it!!! This hotel and these manager people are a waste of breath time and energy.

I lived at this hotel at room 106 cats everywhere and the man was super rude the wife was a bit nice they threatened to kick us out for a fake complaint they did replaced our blankets and door knob but then they raised our rent to 400$ and they charged 120$ for unclogging the toilet and 80$ for opening our broken door and they gave us a "new" door knob but it had red paint on it.

This place is terrible. The manager can't do anything, such as get towels or even batteries for a remote. They don't have maid service so getting clean towels until the husband gets home from his job around 7pm. We had no cable box or remote in our room and after being promised one for 4 days we were asked to leave for asking on our 5th day and was at first told because the rates were going up and I said I'd pay the $5 extra but told the room was rented for the next day. There are prostitutes and drugs everywhere. The place looks good but don't judge this place by appearance.
