Tuscana Resort Orlando

I book the resort through a time share and never will I go back or recommend the resort to my family. The place looks nice but, I paid and additional fee for house keeping and ended up getting a room with dirty pillows and terrible stains on the sheets and pull out bed. There is no one onsite who can help after hours. They were not much help with sending new sheets or replacing the mattress during our stay. They said they would take care of everything but, nothing happened until the next day when they brought new sheets into the suite which were never in the room in the first place to be used for the pull out bed. I should have been placed in a 2 bedroom double bed suite but, I was not. So I never intended to use a pull out bed. Per the office through text. All the suites were booked so we

Terrible experience. Musty, damp and smelly condo with no hot water. Complained and told by Tropical Escapes that there is nothing they can do other than offer a $60 refund. Condo was old and looked like it hadnt been updated in 15 years. Bedrooms had uncomfortable and old spring matress and duvet without any coverings. Curtains were not big enough to cover window openings. Wasnt able to have a hot or warm shower for 4 days. I could go on and on..

Tuscana Resort is a wonderful place to stay, and it’s important to know that every unit is individually owned and rented at the owner’s discretion, each one is a bit different. The unit we stayed in (1405) was excellent: very well kept, clean, and private. The resort amenities are truly 5-star. The pool, grounds, and facilities are exceptionally maintained. It’s a perfectly safe and comfortable environment for children, families, and golfers. Plus, you’re in Champions Gate—one of the most prestigious communities in all of Orlando—so the surrounding area is upscale, convenient, and secure. Overall, the quality of your stay really depends on the management company you’re working with, and we were very happy with ours. Highly recommend Tuscana Resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I don't understand or agree with the negative review below. Our experience was the exact opposite. Everything looked like the pictures. Some condos advertise this as "Tuscana Resort". Maybe that is part of the reason for some of the negative reviews. People assume this is is a hotel. It is not a hotel or a resort. It is a residential condo complex with an HOA that manages the grounds, buildings, pool, and clubhouse. It is up to them when the pool and clubhouse are available for use. They do not provide pool towels or any supplies you need at the pool or in your rented condo. That is provided by your condo owner or its property manager. Negative reviews of the inside of your condo have nothing to do with the Tuscana Condominiums itself. Those should be against your condo owner and the own

I just checked out of this villa, and I want to be honest with anyone considering booking here. The pictures online are completely misleading. The surrounding area is not like what you see in the photos at all. The buildings around it look run down, almost like something out of an old Motel 8 neighborhood. The atmosphere immediately felt uncomfortable and nothing like the “luxury villa” experience that was advertised. When I got to my room, the smell hit me right away. It reeked of mildew, and no matter how much I tried to air it out, the odor stayed in the air and even clung to my clothes. The walls and vents showed clear signs of moisture damage, and it just didn’t feel clean or healthy to breathe in. The elevators didn’t help either, they rattled and creaked like they were one bad day
