Ruby was our Leasing Agent and she walked us through the paperwork process. Katie was at the location and walked us through the property. Both were absolutely fabulous! This place is very convenient and reliable. I stayed here twice and both times their staff was very helpful. Their front desk staff Brittany was very friendly and helpful in directing my family and I to various tourist locations in the area. I would recommend her for a promotion.

I stopped by today 1/22. I'm looking for a long term stay in the near future. The young lady at the front desk was fantastic. Only question I want to clear up ,when will kitchenette rooms be available and the rate for that type of room. I understand you are remodeling and I have to coordinate my move in the near future. I was very disappointed with the condition of the room I rented. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean and the air conditioning system did not even have an air filter installed, which is concerning from both a health and maintenance standpoint. What made the experience worse is that the property is now attempting to raise the rental price, despite the fact that current market rental values in this area have declined, not increased. Raising rates while failing to maintain basic cleanliness and HVAC standards feels unreasonable and unjustified. I would strongly advise future renters to inspect the unit thoroughly, ask about maintenance practices, and compare current market rates before agreeing to any price increases. Overall, this experience did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanl
