Aviana Resort, Davenport FL

Poor, poor location especially if you are going to Disney. Traffic is horrific. Took 15 + minutes to turn out of the neighborhood and only one exit. Exit is on a very busy two lane road and no signal light. Much better and nicer locations closer to Disney and other attractions and restaurants. It’s close by distance but be prepared to sit in traffic. Most days it took us an hour or longer. ||Neighborhood is a dump with trash left all over by the dumpster, not in the dumpster but around the parking lot. There was even trash left in the streets from trash cans being on their sides and was not cleaned up for a couple days. Pool at the front was closed. The house was a great size and that worked great for our family but it was very run down inside and smelled like a giant litter

The pool was dirty and the hot tub was barely warm, definitely not hot. The dock was locked off so there was no access. Disappointing for how much money we spent.

Great Airbnb location . 20 minutes to Disney!! Most houses have their own swimming pools. They also have a large pool and fitness area .

Stayed at rented villa 401 Miro Drive. Avoid this rental at all costs. Nothing endearing about the place. Advertised a games room, that turned out to be a dirty storage garage. Beds broken, refrigerator drawers broken, security net by the pool was in tatters. AVOID.

Unless you like swimming with rats i wouldn’t suggest going there for vacation. There was literally a rat in the hot tub dead just in the bottom tangled in other trash and not to mention the jets were already not working. Poop on the kids playground and the gym equipment wasn’t working but what was had rust all over it and the weights wasn’t able to move functional. People think they are getting a vacation and it turn into a nightmare I would f suggest wasting the money i wouldn’t go back if it was free.
