One of the absolutely best values in FL. Great sites, nice clubhouse, friendly deed owners and close to SO many really nice businesses less than 2 miles away!

This is a great deeded park and makes for a wonderfully affordable way to stay for the winter or even year round. You do have to move every 2 weeks, but it’s well worth it! Deeds are very affordable and yearly dues aren’t bad at all. The office staff have been wonderful and the sites are decent. 100% can recommend.

We love Fawn Ridge! It has been a real benefit to our lifestyle and keeps us in the area close to our Mom's who are getting up in age! The activities are wonderfully planned and the residents are the friendliest around!

We purchased a deed a few months back and have been here twice and it’s great for the most part. It’s like a time share with a POA. Everything seems to flow great. People are nice Managers are nice. It’s very spacious at each site and clean. They even have rental cabins for family to use. Happy so far.
