Tumbleweed Stables

If you need a place to layover in Sidney NE this is it! The owners met us outside and showed us to our pen. It was a huge but most importantly safe 50 by 50 pen that our 3 horses could comfortably run around in and stretch their legs. We didn’t have to worry about mucking when we left so it was nice to get up and get back on the road. There are no hookups but they allowed us to park right outside our horse pen and run our generator which was very well appreciated. I would definitely stop here again if I am in the area and need a place to stay

I called them last minute and they were able to accommodate us. The owners met us outside with a flashlight and most importantly a smile. The pens are nice and roomy, the facility has plenty of room for us to turn our 45’ living quarters trailer too! We plan to visit Cabela’s in the morning (they were full tonight, plus these pens are way bigger) and it’s only 8 mi away! Thank you again for helping us in a jam!

Great place for horses! Spacious coral pens. Clean. Quiet atmosphere. Very friendly people!!
