Comfort Inn & Suites Sidney

5 star 🌟 experience: Hotel is immaculate inside and out. Upon check in, I was warmly greeted by the front desk receptionist. She was warm, friendly, kind and professional. She had me checked into my room very promptly. I opted to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor. I was impressed to find the stairwell was impeccably clean. As I entered my room facing the front of the hotel, I first noticed how fresh and clean the room smelled. The bed was tidy with exemplary fresh sheets. The room was spotless, I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. The bathroom was spotless. The room was bright and welcoming with ample lighting. There is a fitness room and heated/indoor pool. My stay was more than enjoyable and I will return to this establishment in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Besides a comfy bed, luxurious towels, all the shower amenities needed (soap/shampoo/conditioner), the room also had a microwave, refrig and coffee maker. Breakfast the next morning included eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, fruit, toast, pastries, juice selections and hot coffee - all this for a very reasonable price. I specially liked having a room on the first floor so I could take my pup outside the nearby door.

The location was convenient, the coffee was good, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. It lacked a lot of amenities -the soda/ water machine only took coins or dollar bills. There were no vending machines for snacks. The breakfast was okay . The room was a bit old and worn. The bathroom cleaning was not thorough but there were plenty of towels. The price was low and it had a high rating but it is a 1 star hotel in my opinion.

The hotel has a nice ambiance, amenities are as described. Wished the gym had more machines for workout options, laundry room was pretty straight forward, they charge $2 for detergent (1 load) and $1.50 per wash & $1.50 per dry. The breakfast was very nice, had a few options from toast to eggs and sausage to freshly made waffles however it was the same items every day. My room was comfortable, but walls did not seem noiseproof, I could hear neighboring guests from the other side and the halls. The floor crackled near the door. Great service by staff but there was noticeable drama between the employees.

We are traveling with Diamond Tours and our 1st stop was the Comfort Inn & Suites. They were ready for us and check in was easy! The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly however the breakfast offered little protein choices & no milk for cereal so that is why the service received a 4 star. Over all I would recommend this hotel.
