Days Inn by Wyndham Sidney NE

Traveling across the country and this area is our typical stop for a nite stay. Room was clean, basic and the bathroom handicapped accessible. It's obvious there was renovation however the toilet needed a bit of attention on the replacement. It seemed they quickly caulked but left it dirty. Worked great but final touches like this do make a difference.|Breakfast was available but not abundant. No fresh fruit and very simple. Area was clean and I'm glad to enjoy a coffee.

Positive: "" Negative: Garbage was still in the cans in our room.Pool and hot tub appeared to be closed for a long time.

Worst hotel ever place is so outdated smells like a nursing home carpets have stains in them. Got to the room and the bathroom had black stuff all over the tub. The sheets had blood looking marks all over them. Walls had holes in them next to the refrigerator heater would not keep the room warm blankets smelt like urine and I’m pretty sure my husband and I got bit by bugs don’t stay here it’s a waste of money plenty of nicer hotels around. Tried to call manager and got told he’s not available

Got to the hotel, service pulled up probably 15 minutes later JUST to tell me my room wasn't ready yet so I had to wait in my car for another 2.5 HOURS. He came out to tell me it was ready - didnt knock on my window or anything, just opened my car door and tossed my key card on the seat. Time for checkout, no problem! Just a handy freaking basket with a piece of paper taped to it labeled "Leave Keys Here!" and service was nowhere to be found. Are you freaking kidding me?!

This hotel was very clean and well run. Desk staff, Sai was very helpful especially since we were a group of 50+ grumpy old people, that had been on the bus all day. Had some problems with some of the vending machines, but that was on the companies that service them, but Sai was very helpful with refunds. Rooms were comfortable and even had luggage stands which a lot of hotels don't have, which causes me to never stay there again. Breakfast was super. If I go through Sidney NE again, I will stay there. It is well worth the cost. Thank you Sai for hosting my wife and I.
