TRYP by Wyndham Savannah Downtown/Historic District

We had a comfortable and satisfying stay from February 4 to 6. The hotel is located right at the entrance to Savannah, which made getting in and out of the city very easy. It is also well positioned for accessing major tourist attractions. There is a public parking garage right next to the hotel, which made parking very convenient during our stay. On our first night, there was an issue with the heating system in our room. However, the staff handled the situation very kindly and professionally, and we were moved to another room the next day. Thanks to their help, we were able to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I do not remember the staff member’s name, but I would like to sincerely thank them for their kindness and assistance.

read bad reviews on cotton sail, so changed booking to tryp by wyndham and was very pleasantly surprised by the tryp hotel. room was one of the nicest we have stayed in, with friendly staff at checkin. decided not to use valet service as public parking was just across the street. Surprised no breakfast of any type, as facility|has lots of tables and chairs in the "lounge" area. Overall, a very surprisingly good facility and outstanding room

Positive: Kitchen was under construction so no breakfast. Towel holders and toilet paper holders fell off the wall when used. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Only mirror was in bathroom fridge was not cold. Dim lighting everywhere. Negative: ""

I had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a little squeaky and when I showered early in the morning, the water wasn't as hot as when I showered later in the day. None of these issues had a negative impact on my stay, however. It was a great location with Savannah Coffee Roasters right around the corner. Lots of parking spaces, and since I got in Friday night, it's free parking on Saturday and Sunday, which is nice. I would recommend this spot as a great place to stay.

The staff is simply incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The check-in process was quick, efficient, and hassle free. As soon as we left the property to grab dinner, we were greeted with a greater sense of security and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s extremely clean and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
