Tru by Hilton Sebring

We had an unexpected situation at home and needed a place to stay urgently. TRU Hotel truly lived up to its name—you can always trust their hospitality. We arrived around 2:00 AM, and the receptionist, Heylis, was incredibly kind and caring about our experience. She went above and beyond by extending a late checkout, which made a big difference for us. The stay was peaceful and comfortable. The view from our window was splendid, adding a touch of serenity to our night. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, rounding off a great experience. Overall, TRU Hotel exceeded our expectations with its warm service and thoughtful touches. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality and a relaxing stay.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. First the pros: newer and clean, convenient location, evening front desk staff super friendly. The odd numbers are lake view. Views are very pretty. Now for the cons: NO COFFEE MAKER or microwave!! Also while clean it appears to been hastily built/furnished. Light switches and outlets are crooked. Pegs for clothings/bags were bent or coming out of the wall. I absolutely dispose the "community" soaps and lotions. It's just gross!!!!!

Great staff, nice breakfast, beautiful location between the lakes, rooms were big and clean..little more cash than down the road but definetly with the cash if you aren't on a budget. Plenty of parking, wifi good, and quiet..

We stayed at the Tru Hotel in Sebring. All the employees there were very cheerful and welcoming. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a nice big tv in our room. Rooms do not have safes in them. This would have been a nice addition to our room. Breakfast included a very cool make your own pancake machine with many toppings to add to your pancakes, eggs, sausage, assorted cereals, bagels, raisin bread and other breads, cheeses, coffee, hot tea and juices. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is conveniently located on Rt. 27 so it is easy to get around from this hotel.

Mechanical defects in the AC & ventilation system make this a terrible place to stay. You can't sleep! The AC units are the through the wall style and have a car like rumble when running. But a ceiling vent in the entry hall sounds like a bathroom fan times 3, but it can't be shut off!! To the owner: go after the architect and/or the AC contractor who build this. I note that quite a few other people have noted this. Do you not care? or can you not fix it? You need to fix this. We looked to move to other rooms after the first night, but all made/make a variation of the super loud fan noise. Making it worse, we were on the very noisy HWY 27 side of the building - don't stay on this side. Soundproofing apparently wasn't used. Also the alarm clock needs to be set to off by the cle
