Residence Inn by Marriott Sebring

UV light revealed multiple stains on carpeting and on one upholstered pillow. It appeared that animal urinated on the corner and on carpeted floor. I took multiple photos and presented to the front desk clerk and he said he would report. He could not give us another room because they were booked. I stayed in room 109. Later called General Manager and she had the carpets and walls scrubbed after we left. On another note We asked for two queen beds when booking reservation with a walk in shower and were told to ask when checking in and they would provide. This turned out not to be true when we checked in at 545 pm. Lastly, WiFi didn’t work in breakfast room. Breakfast was good however no bacon and little fruit. Staff and premises were professional and clean. Firepit outside great. Parking

CLEANEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT! This includes high end hotels in cities across the globe. The room was absolutely spotless and I was stunned and when I say spotless, not a speck of dust, dirt or god forbid a stray hair in sight. Truly unbelievable. In addition, the night manager (I believe her name was Toni) was so personable and helpful. If we were ever anywhere in the vicinity, we would stay here. Oh and she told us that this hotel was slated for an update, well I’ve never seen a hotel due for an update that looked that good! Apparently they have a slew of awards and I can see why. Oh and the room setup was wonderful, great view too!

Residence Inn in Sebring Florida feels like home when you stay, the staff especially Glen, made you feel appreciated and welcomed. He always smiled and had a hearty genuine greeting for you weather you were on your way out or returning to the Inn. Some of the front desk staff could learn a lot from his positive and welcoming, exemplary customer service. The rooms were large. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean, however it did show signs of being run down- with curtains that had rips in them. The view was great. There was a nice pool and hot tub, they were well maintained and clean. What a great pool staff to stay on top of it so diligently. The room was clean and spacious. They had great breakfast everyday, bikes for a stroll around, a pavillion, picnic tables, dock out to lake

This hotel is in a quiet small town area. The 1 bedroom suite I stayed in was nice and cozy. Since I was only there for one night, I didnt get to take full advantage of all the amenities, but I did appreciate the cleanlines the room, the serene view of the lake from my patio door, and the full size kitchen I didn't get to use was a nice feature. Five of us were able to rest easy in the one king bed and sleep sofa. The free breakfast was a huge plus! It was much more than continental. I especially appreciated the fact that they had non-pork breakfast meat, non-dairy milk, and decaffeinated tea. Most restaurants don't accommodate like that! More and more people are going non-dairy and don't eat pork, and with all the alternatives out here, you would think more establishments would consider t

The hotel staff was courteous and very helpful during our stay. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a variety each day of hot items and variety of cold choices. The attendant of the breakfast took pride in keeping food stocked and the area clean. It was centrally located to the activities we had planned. One of the best hotel stays we have had. Would definitely stay here again and will tell others of our experience. Loved this hotel.
