It's only 1 yr old, for ages 55+, and has RV sites and manufactured homes for sale in one section. Cement pads for RVs, landscaped with white shells. And on Little Red Water Lake. Beautiful Clubhouse, showers, and laundry with 7 washers and dryers. We'll definitely come here again!!

The resort is brand new, so everything was working and it was clean. We stayed at site 205 from 5/16-5/18/25. Nice sunset view and a breeze coming off lake. The hot tub was hot and the pool was refreshing enough. The outside temps were 95/96 degrees with real feel of low 100’s. There were only about 10 other campers there, so basically had the place to ourselves. There are fish in the lake, but I only caught 1 small largemouth bass. They have around 210 camp sites. Campsites 59 and up and maybe a few more were open and they are working on the others. The row of sites on the same side as the office 123 and up to around 146 have a lake view as they are above sites 88 to 116. They have 2 propane fireplaces on the pool deck. The cell service for Verizon was excellent.

Excellent RV park. It opened in January 2025 is a brand new facility. All the roads are new all the grass is new. We had a beautiful site right on the water which they call their premium site. They have an activity center with a really nice gym With plenty of machines and privacy. We were the only ones in this new gym. They have a room with a pool table another large room with games and a full library. We had a very friendly welcome in. Our RV site was perfect. There aren’t many trees here, but the landscaping is very well done. We had excellent T-Mobile and Verizon service at this location.

⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 – New Park with Potential, But Needs More Thought This RV park is very new and has potential, but it feels like it wasn’t fully thought through. There isn’t much greenery yet, which makes it especially challenging if you’re traveling with a dog. It’s hard to find a comfortable spot for them to use the bathroom. The sites are separated by mulch and small shrubs, and while that looks organized, it doesn’t provide much usable green space. In the front area there are lots of decorative shells, and behind some RV sites the construction seems unfinished, with new pads still being developed. You also need to be careful walking your dog behind the RV — there are sharp burrs in the grass that can stick into their paws. On the positive side, the showers are clean, the laundry room is cle

My wife and I have traveled four years now in our motorhome with the goal of checking out RV Resorts. Most every one is a mix of RV’s and Park Models. More the average being older models. The sites are cramped, some gravel and some just a concrete patio pad. Then we saw an advertisement for Waterside RV Resort. We followed their progress which was just an old orange grove to its present. We got here the beginning of their second season. We were personally greeted by the resort manager, Nancy. She has a lot of energy and almost always available. The sites are all concrete including the patio. Some sites are lake front and some are wider and longer for the monster rigs. The sites all have seashells in the front with beautiful landscaping on both sides of your site. They have palm trees up an
