The Roanoke Hotel

This is a perfectly beautiful boutique hotel that smacks of hospitality! We went for a two-night stay with two other couples. Each room is decorated in its own unique way. We chose the Halo room and loved it! We found the bed to be very comfortable and they attention to detail was much appreciated. The porch is available to people staying at the hotel. It was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or visit and play games in the evening. We were also there on a Friday night when the bar is open. It is as fun as it is beautiful in there absolutely! Highly recommend!

What a joy to stay in this historical hotel. Our room was very comfortable, extremely clean and totally quiet from the outside noises. We enjoyed two evenings on the veranda looking out over the park in the circle. We are looking forward to another visit.

Nice turn of the century motif hotel located on the Circle in downtown. We visited the “City on the Circle” after watching HGTV Home Town Takeover. The hotel is located right on the circle above Gavighan’s Irish Pub (give that a try). ||We stayed in the Antique Avenue suite. Pictures on the website don’t do it just. Very spacious room. Unfortunately, no real view of the circle, but truth be told, we spent most of our time on the well appointed balcony. Watching the comings and goings and just experiencing the calm of the Circle. ||The coffee bar looks well appointed. The room was very clean and updated and the bed was 4 out of 5 star (so not bad at all). ||We would definitely stay again. This small gem of a hotel is located on a circle in the centre of Sebring. We stayed there to break our journey north from Miami while avoiding Interstate and Turnpike. The entire circle is charming and welcoming with seating outside every building and a small green space/park in the centre. The hotel is newly renovated and each room has a separate “theme”. We were greeted by owner, Mark, and escorted to our room upstairs. A large balcony with comfortable seating overlooks the green space - nice for drinking morning coffee (provided). Downstairs is Gavaghan’s Irish Pub where the owners and staff strive for authenticity. Chef Ian does an excellent job with his pub food. I had a wonderful experience staying at The Roanoke Hotel one night, August 19, 2025, for business. The hotel has been beautifully renovated from its original circa 1917 period. I stayed in The Gatsby room, which was absolutely charming with its art deco theme. Loved the pictures and beautiful dresser. The shower was also great, very spacious and allowed for easy access with the glass door. As an added touch to the room, included were luxurious soaps from the Sebring Soap Company, which is located just a few minutes walk outside the hotel, off the circle. The large outside porch overlooking the circle is a fabulous gathering space and I went outside a few times to sit in a rocker and observe the activities below and in the park gazebo area.
