Tru by Hilton Santa Rosa Beach

The rooms were clean and great. They had everything I'd need while traveling-- blow dryer, iron,.... The location was very ideal for my visit to 30A (and in my price range). My favorite part about this Hilton was the service. Casini, Quinton, Andy, and Medinah helped me by answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. I was also able to watch them as they served others with smiles on their faces. I really enjoyed my one night stay between my flight and being able to check into my Airbnb.

I'll start by stating I've traveled to 43 countries and have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime.||From start to finish, every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming — from the cleaning crew to the check-in and breakfast team. The general manager, Jeff, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even checked in on us personally.||The pool area was a delight — perfect for relaxing or reading in the shaded sitting area. There’s also a pool table in the lobby that made for some fun downtime, and the Wi-Fi was fast everywhere in the hotel.||Breakfast was simple but delicious — you’ve GOT to try the cool pancake machine! There was a nice variety of options, and we loved the 24/7 free coffee in the lobby (we took full advantage of that!).||The rooms are modern

Another Hilton GEM. Yes its bare bones standard small rooms but you get that in perfectly clean, professional service, with everything you need for a great price. There is no need for a fancy hotel when this one delivers for an excellent price. Writing this to remember to stay here again and to make sure to recommend it to my friends family and followers. All around what you expect from the HILTON name brand!

The newest & cleanest hotel for the best price! Every single member of their staff is phenomenal! They are welcoming, attentive, & efficient. They take representing the Hilton brand seriously. Madena & May at the front reception are especially kind & accommodating.

Terrible experience as we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights recently. Arrived at 2am after delayed flights to zero water pressure in our room. Mentioned it to the front desk the next day and got the run around. No housekeeping ever came for 3 days after asking multiple times. Water pressure was terrible entire stay. None of the staff knew what to do or help. Kept getting promise after promise and had to track down fresh towels on our own. Rooms are very small, no microwave, closet or dresser to put clothes away in. Will never stay here again.
