Thirty Blu 10

Spacious, clean and well-locatedwith great amenities. Four bedrooms and two family gathering areas. Spotlessly clean upon arrival. Short walk to beach and to great restaurants. Private rooftop deck gives views of the sky, skyline -- and a peak at the Gulf. Thirty Blu's pool and grill area round off the experience.

This review is specifically for Unit 10 and Ocean Reef properties. 30 Blu as a whole is really nice. The Pool, and BBQ were really inviting. For Unit 10- we arrived to a unit with a broken boarded up window. We had no idea that this would be the case when we arrived. No one from Ocean Reef gave us a heads up. We noticed glass all over the front entrance area. We called and someone came out to clean the glass. He wasn’t able to get it all and said someone would be back. No one ever came back. The young man also came into the house to removed a pooped stained curtain. After he left we noticed that we were missing $500. We called ocean reef to file a report. This place is beautiful! The layout is so on point! You get your exercise on in here with the 4 levels but I didn't mind that at all. I definitely would stay here again. Any problem I had was addressed immediately. Nice walk to beach or outside the door was the pool! Convenient location!

Dirty house!!! Overall fine experience as far as the pool and BBQ. The beds were comfortable and no bugs. But the house specifically unit 2 that we stayed at was extremely dirty. There was leftover trash outside from the previous people that stayed. The rooms were dirty the tables countertops, bathrooms, were not cleaned. The floor was dirty covered with sand and dirt still. Clearly had not been mopped in a while. Everything was dusty and the house smelt like mildew. Dirty dishes. Some of the silverware had left over food on it when we went to use for the first time. There also was not enough towels or dishware throughout the house that was supposed to be for 12 people. There was dog hair and the spiral stair case that led up to the balcony smelt like dog pee.
