The cleanliness of this Airbnb truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was evident how much care the host puts into maintaining the space. The kitchen sparkled, the bathrooms were immaculate, and even the corners of the rooms were dust-free. It smelled fresh, and we felt instantly comfortable. It was hotel-level clean, which is rare for a rental. Highly recommend for anyone prioritizing hygiene and tidiness!

We arrived to a dirty apartment with a strong odor of grease. Despite repeated calls, no cleaning, sending photo evidence, no refund was offered. Booking.com is reviewing the case. We had to find alternate accommodation at our own cost. ||Our Florida trip came with an unexpected research twist: how not to handle guest complaints. Positive: The location is nice. The room is well stocked with dishes, etc. Negative: Not having access to staff on-site was a bit strange. The pillows are insufficient for good sleep and there's no one there to ask for me.

We had a wonderful time! The apartment was absolutely spotless, which allowed us to relax immediately upon arrival. The floors were freshly cleaned, and all surfaces were sanitized. Knowing the unit was so meticulously maintained made the entire stay more enjoyable and stress-free. Great location and a fantastic host, but the cleanliness was the real standout feature.

I booked a stay at 30A Inn & Suites in Santa Rosa Beach for my birthday (August 18–20, 2025) and it turned into a nightmare. When my girlfriend and I arrived, the room had visible mold and a strong mildew smell that made it unlivable. My girlfriend has a severe mold allergy and has suffered from mold poisoning before, and I am a 100% disabled veteran with PTSD and anxiety — the conditions in that room were completely unsafe for either of us. The staff tried to move us twice, but every unit we were shown had mold. We couldn’t stay even five minutes inside without feeling sick. We ended up leaving and paying for another hotel that same night just to have a safe place to sleep.
