Harbor Heights

We cannot say enough good things about this house!! The location is ideal! You are just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, live music, and of course the gorgeous Grayton beach!!! The free beach shuttle is just a few minutes walk away and is an extremely handy way to get around as parking is limited at the shops, restaurants and beaches. If you want to venture to other beaches you can easily reach Blue Mountain beach and Seaside within about 5 minutes. The house itself is absolutely beautiful!! From the decor, to the high-end kitchen appliances no detail was forgotten. Great oak floors are throughout the living area gives the home a luxury feel. This house has it all! Beautifully decorated, plenty of space for the whole family, and has all the bells and whistles! LOCATION is EVERYTHING walkable to amazing restaurants and coffee shop; 3 minute walk to the shuttle that takes you to the beach or to seaside. I cannot stress how helpful this was- parking at the beach and in seaside is nonexistent- being able to take the shuttle made our days so much less stressful and able to really enjoy our vacation. We loved starting each day with the short walk to the bakery/coffee shop, gift shops, and watching the turtles swim in the pond! The kitchen has every pot/pan/utensil you could think of- with the open layout it was so nice to enjoy cooking dinner in this gorgeous house. We “worked from home” a few days great set up! We had the best time staying at Emily's fabulous home! We have stayed at other Airbnb's, but Emily made it so much easier. She had everything laid out for us and provided a travel guide with fun things to do & suggestions for the area. The home looks brand new and the layout is amazing! They had everything in the home that we could imagine and needed. The kids had the best time there and didn't want to leave. They also loved swimming in the community pool next door. In my opinion it is one of the best neighborhoods and centrally located in 30A! We will definitely be going back and know we will be staying at Harbor Heights!

Beautiful home! Very spacious and comfortable for our group of 14 and house is immaculately maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and beds / linen were extremely comfortable especially after a full day in the sun. The house is located in a quiet circle and is a quick walk to a free shuttle that takes you straight to the beach (we loved that we didn't have to worry about parking). Emily was very friendly and responsive to our questions and gave great recommendations for local dining and activities. Will definitely stay here again!
