They room was great but the shower head or water pressure needs work. After adjusting the shower head through all 3 settings, I finally used the massage setting to get a little more pressure to wash the shampoo / conditioner from my hair. I also believe that each room needs either 3 or 4 large towels due to women having thick / long hair. If those things are addressed, the place would be 5 star rating! Ps: Warm breakfast was amazing along with all the fruit, cereal choices and drinks.

Very convenient—right next to the office I was visiting. Check-in was fast, room was spotless, and the shower pressure was excellent after a long day. Appreciated the free bottled water and coffee/tea in the room. Gym could be bigger, but it served its purpose.

This is the worst Hilton hotel we have ever stayed at. The first and last time we ever stay at a Tru. The experience was terrible and the entire staff is full of liars to this day. That includes the management team. The night we stayed here the AC froze in our room. The front desk girl switched us around from room to room. All AC units frozen. It was like a sauna, if you were in an old smelly meat packing plant with no ventil The room was uninhabitable. The AC was frozen solid, blasting stagnant hot air, and the windows didn’t open — not even a crack. No ventilation. No airflow. Just a sealed box of heat and stale air. Now add this: the guest is blind, and her husband has severe asthma. By morning, he needed medical treatment because the room’s lack of ventilation and nonstop hot air trigg

Tru by hilton north richland hills is a fairly new hotel conveniently located near the airport and accommodated all of my family's needs. I especially enjoyed the gathering space in the lobby where my family could hang out. The pool and gym were great allowing me to continueworking out while on vacation. The breakfast was enjoyable and convenient. There are also a plethora of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families or even business travel.

First, I am a Hilton guy. Diamond member, so I stay in Hiltons frequently. This hotel was not great. Actually, I think the hotel is fine for a business stay. I wouldn’t stay here with my wife. The shower pressure was very good. The service was awful. I stood in front of the check-in desk waiting for someone to show. A couple other customers walked up and stood waiting as well. Finally, I used my digital key and went to the room. Yes, I could have done that as soon as I arrived, but I wanted a hard key and water. The only perk for being a diamond member here. Went upstairs, came back down and she was there. Got water and key. Went back to room. Came back down to see if I could get a glass. Check-in desk empty again.
