First let me be clear! I am very happy with the property itself. It is Agoda that I have an issue with I booked the room on Agoda due to it being cheaper. They put me in the wrong room type and told me they couldn't do anything to fix it The guy at the front desk however (Rudii) was very helpful. He was unable to switch the room on his end bc it wasn't done on his system, but he was very helpful in the process of me being on the phone with Agoda (they are terrible) Agoda said they would not change my room and would not give me a refund Rudii was helping me the entire time while I was on the phone both of us were frustrated but he was professional the whole time. After an hour of being on the phone with this guy that did nothing for me Rudii went back and talked to his manager to try and

Safe location, close to airport, walking distance to Mall.. rooms have full size fridge and sofa.. check in is easy. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but safe and clean and close to things.

Some of the best service I've ever had from Brittany and midah !!! Love how everyone was so great at getting me and my son accomodations. Free candy always and they even found my son's lost jewelry !!!

Priti and Mira are awesome and they rock. The maids are always busy and doing things and always keeping the property pretty. My stay is a long-term stay so they have really taken care of me whenever I've needed anything.

Great place to stay. I book at this location ONLY. The staff is great, but MIRA is the BEST!!! Both ladies in the office(Mira and Pria) are amazing and always take care of me when Im here and it’s because of them alone why I continue staying here. Thank you ladies!
