Knights Inn North Richland Hills

No one will confuse this hotel with the Marriott, but for the price- it was fine and I saved a lot of money. I stayed seven nights. I saw a couple cockroaches my first night. I bought a $5 can of Raid and sprayed. I didn’t see anymore the rest of my stay. The staff is nice enough. They brought clean towels and sheets when asked. Shower and sink had hot water. Mattress was a bit soft for me, but I slept fine. Most nights I didn’t have a neighbor, so it wasn’t loud. TV had full Direct TV line-up, so great for sports viewing. Location is right off I-820. If you shop various hotel sites you can find a low price and you’ll find it’s a better deal than the hotels with a number in their name

First room they give me, the heat doesn't work! The second room was dirty! The 3rd room is okay but the heat hardly works.. the beds are beyond hard!! I wish I could get my money back this place MAKES ME ITCH.. AFTER BEING HERE AN HR. I AM STILL FULLY CLOTHED... BEEN ON THE ROAD FOR DAYS N RIGHT NOW I JUST WANNA CRY!!! I AM SO UPSET... not to mention how horrible the sheets n stuff are... n they don't wanna let me out of this bull...

Positive: Nothing. Didn’t get to go because of medical issues and still was charged. They are predatory Negative: would know if I had got to stay in the room I wasted my money on

My friend booked online with a fixed price and they require sign in for $20 for every day we stay? That was hidden. Is it fair? Services were not good either, Not recommending to others. The room was dirty.

Got in and thought it was fine, until there was crusted bodily fluids on the beds, weird stains everywhere on the bedding, and cockroaches. I took pictures of cockroaches at least twice, the other times we killed them. The room smelled like burnt plastic, and there was mouse poop in the drawers. We stayed for one night, payed for 2, and ended up staying with friend's family for the 2nd night. Was refused a refund when we gave back the card, despite how awful the room was. I booked off Expedia and it said it was better than it really was, so there's probably fake reviews added to make it better. I would not recommend this place, definitely not gonna stay again.
