Travelodge by Wyndham North Richland Hills/Dallas/Ft Worth

Are they have really good staff here, which means a lot and they have great attitude and they're trying to everybody. The rooms have really changed a lot they have been redone for the most part it's really just what you make of it. It's cheap prices. And they have light breakfast everyday, like cereal toast coffee honey buns, etc...

Positive: I rented the room for my son and his two friends. Was never asked how many people were staying in the room. The next Morning they asked for laundry room key They were then kicked out for too many people staying in the room. Negative: The man also refused to rent me a room for a week for myself and not the boys.

The place reeked of marijuana and body odor. The parking lot was full of vagrants and what appeared to be homeless people. Workers, enjoying the weekend tim off, bbq’n in the parking lot/roadways, blocking the passage of the vehicles. I was accosted by a young person on the way to the room, if I was interested procuring illegal substance. Rushed in to use the bathroom and the bathroom door did not close, as the door was coming unhinged and hit the door jam. We tried to stay but the smell of the room did not allow us to. 30 mins into this adventure and we made up our minds to get out! The night person, although nice, did absolutely nothing to help the situation. He stated that he could not give a receipt for the check-out because it’s only been a short amount of time and he could not offer

They got new management! The old manager, who wasn’t a nice lady, is now gone. All of the staff is very kind, and quickly and efficiently handle any problems, sending the maintenance immediately. The rooms have been updated with all new furniture, and they are nice and clean. The bathroom showers were renovated as well. They’ve got continental breakfast and 24hr coffee and office hours. They do their best to keep the property safe and run off criminals. They have some of the most affordable weekly rates in the area, with the most perks. We’ve had a good experience here and we appreciate all of the staff! Thank you all! ❤️

The sheets on the bed were dirty. The refrigerator had mold and bugs in it. Before we got there, someone left food outside our door. There was people smoking weed by our door. We asked for a different room and were told no. We ended up leaving. The man in the front was rude. Refused to refund and printed a receipt with date of 9/28/2025 at 1 am when we left on 9/27/2025 at 8:55 pm. Horrible experience.
