Tru by Hilton Chicopee Springfield

Very pleasant and helpful staff, from the lobby to the receptionists, the cafe staff, and all the cleaning staff. Clean and cozy. I would say that the 3 weeks spent at the hotel did not leave me with a single negative thought. Highly recommended.

Spent the night here on our way home of a road trip some|Dining options nearby and great access to the Interstate. I like the style of the hotel new and a great lobby . However the pool|Was closed . Our room was nice but very small hard to|Move around even just 2 people but ok for the night the room was clean nice features bed tv fridge and bathroom a nice room just very small . Enjoyed our stay

Went for the night to use the pool with granddaughter. Pool was nice could of been a little warmer for winter month. It advertised a "game room" we thought it was like an arcade thought it would be fun but thye had 2 fooseball tables and some table board games so a little disappointed. But breakfast was great my granddaughter made her own pancakes.

**Update** ***I went to the lobby and spoke with the front desk, where they offered a room change and a refund for the night. I accepted the offer, packed my belongings, and moved to a smaller room on the 4th floor. Upon checkout, I asked about the refund and was told they didn’t know how to process it, but that it should still be issued because it was noted in the system. Unfortunately, I never received the refund. As a result, we lost a night of sleep, had to move rooms, and missed the free breakfast because we were exhausted from not sleeping. That sums up our weekend stay at this hotel. Next month, we’ll be staying at a different hotel in Chicopee. Since we live in the area, we were just hoping for a relaxing family weekend getaway.*** Let me start this review with communication b

Tru Hilton was a good experience. The inner decor and the activities in the lobby were pretty cool. They offered free coffee in the entrance. Staff was super friendly. Room was compact, no microwave. The only microwave was in the lobby and only one. Although it seemed the hotel was booked out stay was nice and quiet and I had a good sleep. Thank you!
