Quality Inn Chicopee-Springfield

Six days stay I will have to say the rooms need a lot of work. The manager did say that they’re going through a renovation this next year which is much needed. The service and the people that work here are excellent. You have to remind them to give you certain services after a while but if you ask for it they will do room service for you. It’s in a bad area near a dangerous intersection. the roads aren’t very good lot of potholes need services Really needs new roads new parking lot as I have images here I didn’t see any bedbugs while I was there but I did see this questionable object on the wall. There were some roaches. I think the whole area is overpriced as far as hotels go and this is probably one of the better priced hotels for what you’re gettinggood service but location is terrible.

The people that work there are very friendly,gave A+ service, and accommodating. We had an early check-in and they did clean the room ahead of others so we could get into the room sooner. But the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. Not their fault they just work there. The owners can definitely upgrade the facility. New furniture, remove the carpet, and paint.

There was no elevator and that was not made clear before our stay. We had 2 strollers and car seats and had to walk them up the stairs. The hotel overall did not look clean. Our room looked fine but the halls and lobby looked run down. The pillows in the room were terrible. The included breakfast was nice and the employees working (both front desk and staff over seeing breakfast) were very nice. The women helping with breakfast went out of her way to make sure everyone had what they needed and was extremely kind to everyone.

Booked a Mobility Accessible room through Choice but our room was NOT fully handicap accessible. The beds were uncomfortable and very old. The A/C was weak. Broken knob on bathroom door. However, the breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, muffins, toast, juice.

Toilet was the shortest I have ever experienced. Bathroom needs updating- grout with mold spots. Something looked liked it was smeared on the wall next to one of the beds. Beds were comfy though and room overall was sufficient.
