Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield Chicopee

For the Christmas Holiday 2025 we stayed at this hotel, and we had stayed there before some years ago, but they have renovated throughout the hotel, so it was nice to see the new updated changes. We were given room 325, a studio with two queen beds. ||||The hotel is near a lot of places to eat, and they give you a complimentary breakfast each morning that is well stocked with plenty of really good choices to chose. The parking is onsite and is complimentary self parking. The hotel offers a few amenities, self laundry room, swimming pool, and outside patio with a fire pit, and fitness room. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What truly stood out was the staff — every single person was understanding, friendly, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk especially ( ACE ) made my kids feel like they were at home, to housekeeping and even the maintenance team AND ALSO CANT FORGET THE WONDERFUL LADIES AT THE BREAKFAST ROOM THEY COOKED ME AND MY KIDS A NICE WARM MEAL AS WE DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING WHEN WE CAME HERE! Thank you (Kandi and Michelle)everyone went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable and running smoothly. During a bad snowstorm, the maintenance staff even cleaned the snow off my car and cleared the area around it, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated as a single mom of 4 and two with special needs! Positive: The location was perfect for my trip and the room was spacious and clean Negative: They were updating the rooms and the workers were working from 7am-8pm. Workers entered my room while I was away to change out furniture. Breakfast was average, nothing special.

We booked online and arrived much earlier than anticipated. Genesis was wonderful and got us right into a room that was mobility accessible. At first look the room was warm and inviting, however there was something on the front of the couch that hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedroom was comfortable and I liked being able to shut the door separating the living room area from the rest of the suite. I was disappointed to find out mid shower that the shower gel was completely empty of product and I had to resort to washing up using shampoo. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the fact there was toppings for the eggs including spicier choices. My HUGE complaint was housekeeping just walking into the room at 9:20am on Saturday morning. I have been here for quite a while while my apartment is being worked on and the staff is great. Breakfast is unbelievable and the rooms are awesome. They always see if you need anything, their so friendly I have like 8 more days here and I'm so sad to leave in a few days!
