Tru by Hilton Chambersburg

My stay at the Tru by Hilton was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly service that set the tone for the entire visit. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long day. The amenities were thoughtful, the atmosphere was vibrant, and every detail felt well-designed and intentional. Breakfast was great, the common areas were clean and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Truly an exceptional experience. I can’t wait to come back

This is our second time staying at a Tru, and we’re glad we came again! The pool was great, the kids games and “magic pancakes” were a hit! We needed extra towels and they were delivered quickly and with a smile!!! Overall the hotel and our room was beautiful and clean.The only downside was our shower didn’t suction close and had some mold/grime which is disappointing with the price point.

Positive: Clean friendly, quiet room, up to date. Good coffee. Negative: Nope

Customer service was very friendly and rooms were clean. But there is absolutely no sound proofing at all. It sounded like Godzilla was above me and all night i could hear the tv from the next room over. It's not that the tv was loud but the beds are right next to the tv wall.

We always make Tru part of our trip rather on the way home from Myrtle beach in the Fall ot Florida in the Winter! Always pleasant staff,clean rooms and I have to mention the phenomenal water pressure, comfortable beds and the best pillows!!!! Thank you for another enjoyable stay!
