Best Western Chambersburg

Very clean comfortable hotel. Great price. Left before breakfast was available so no comment there. Coffee 24/7 though. Many great restaurants very close by. Had a great time and wonderful food at the Texas Roadhouse - a one minute drive up the road.

The room and breakfast were great. The road noise wasn't so bad. The value was outstanding. Give this place a try, folks.

We did not encounter one friendly employee during this stay. Breakfast selection was poor and seating was very limited. Dining area is in the lobby of the hotel. At check in desk clerk seemed to be perturbed that I had to ask him to repeat himself. He spoke with an accent. Room was a bit chilly when we checked in. We turned air conditioning temperature warmer to be more comfortable but I asked for a blanket just in case it didn’t warm up quickly enough for us to be comfortable after going to bed. I woke up feeling chilled during the night. When I unrolled the blanket I found I’d been given a mattress cover and not a blanket. During check out I mentioned that the ironing board cover was tattered. I had to put a towel on the board to iron my shirt. The desk clerk shrugged it off. |The room w

I had a fantastic stay there! The staff are incredible and accommodating. The area is great with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was comfortable spacious, and clean. I also enjoyed breakfast - eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, and really delicious waffles. Other things too, but those were great. Sharon the breakfast lady was so wonderful, also. I will definitely stay there again.

Right of the highway, this little hotel surprised me with the level of clean for the price it cost. There was a funny smell to the hotel but it wasn't unpleasant. The woman who ran the breakfast buffet was on top of her work! She was constantly cleaning up and keeping the food fresh. The only issues I found from cleanliness point of view was we found a hair tie with hair wrapped around it. It looked like it was hidden by a previous guest to prove "they weren't cleaning correctly" but I found it to be incredibly clean otherwise.
