We stay at many Hilton locations as loyal Hilton Honors Members, but this stay truly stood out. For a newer property, the level of professionalism, energy, and genuine warmth from your staff was exceptional. Even during a busy holiday weekend, every team member greeted guests with smiles, positivity, and a willingness to go above and beyond. I came the weekend with my family. My brother & cousin got stuck in the elevator..fire department had to come. Rooms aren’t horrible, but water pressure of shower wasn’t the best, & bathroom door wouldn’t properly shut. We had to put our towels & trash outside the door for it to be cleaned up. There is a breakfast which is neat and taste good. The pool was nice and warm. Beds are comfortable.

We really loved this hotel and they had good pricing for the quality of the stay! We initially booked it back in August for a weekend trip to Boston this past weekend (October 3-5) before it was opened so there weren’t any reviews to go by but we took a chance from prior Hilton stays in different branches. We didn’t realize it was a new build until we got there, it was a very nice build and they had a ton of games and activities in the lobby to choose from. The breakfast was delicious, very friendly staff, and the room was great! We would definitely stay at another Tru hotel in the future if we are in the area again and definitely recommend for anyone visiting Boston or surrounding areas!

I checked in online and had to choose my room without seeing a floor plan because there isn’t one online. Then I requested a digital key that I never got. When we arrived and I realized our room was right next to the elevator and the size of a shoebox I asked if there were any upgraded rooms available for diamond members and was told they were sold out by a snippy and dismissive employee. Staying in that shoebox we discovered the TV did not work and there was some kind of gritty black stuff in the sink. We were too exhausted to deal with it that night and in the morning we discovered the refrigerator had frozen the food we put in it the night before. Such a beautiful property! Brand new! The staff couldn't do enough for us, they were truly wonderful. As I said, it is beautiful, rooms are well thought out, loved our beds and all the amenities! Breakfast was delicious! Pumpkin Pancakes💜 If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. You will LOVE it!
