The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, for the most expensive price I’ve paid. Next time I’d pay the higher price to stay anywhere else. ||Door to the room wouldn’t open, so had to have staff come and show the “trick” to get it open. Figured at least if we couldn’t get the door open with a key, then likely no one else could get in. Tried the deadbolt because we didn’t feel terribly safe, and then got locked in and spent 5 mins trying get back out to go to supper-thankfully we realized this immediately and not in the event of an emergency. Chair in the room was in bad shape, window in the room was cracked. Breakfast was minimal with very few options compared to other places we’ve stayed. Very good, but the breakfast leaves something to be desired for the daily price. I paid more than 200 to have a muffin with seeds? I don't even know what that horrible thing is. Buy a chocolate or vanilla muffin and it's much better. but apart from that the service is good, the maids were incredible I stayed 4 days and would easily stay for more just for the service

There were bed bugs in my room, i noticed before i set anything down. The hotel smells like cigarettes and weed when you walk through the door. People are nice, from what little interaction i had and with the refund.

Positive: "" Negative: It smelled of cigarettes and so did we when we left. The sheets had cigarette holes.The reception desk was behind BULLET PROOF GLASS. The shower didn't work. Our neighbor (who was a resident, apparently) had his TV blasting. NEVER AGAIN.

Place is dirty! And sticky. Free breakfast is a joke, no hot food. Also, end of Red Sox season and NESN is not included. Don’t worry about the bugs :). Just kicked it out in the hall way. Honestly the one thing you need to do is make sure the rooms are clean. Last persons hair was all over the bathroom and the floors are sticky like they use the same water to mop every room. Some basic hospitality fails.
