Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brockton (Boston), MA

The room was clean and comfy. Bed was excellent. I unknowingly booked through a third party and the room cost $100 more than was posted atb the hotel. Always call the hotel, unless you use Expedia, Travelocity, or Priceline. These 3rd party people will highjack you. The place offered breakfast which was excellent. A good array of food. I'd recommend this location.

This is the first time that we stayed there and we’ll be back when we visit relatives in the area. The room/suite was clean and comfortable for the three of us. (2 Adults & 7 y/o.) The staff was friendly and helpful. Our son enjoyed the pool. Overall it was a great experience at a very reasonable price.

Very nice hotel, good location and the rooms were clean. The staff needs to get more training when it comes to customer service and check in. I got overcharged $461 between incidental hold and room charge, I got double charge for one night stay. I understand they require a security deposit but the fd staff did not informed me about the incidental hold amount, no info about breakfast hours or pool hours. Also the breakfast attendant and housekeepers very rude. Please clean all the hair chunks in the jacuzzi.

We planned a family trip to Gillette Stadium and needed a place to stay for the weekend. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. We booked 2 rooms and both were clean and spacious.|The breakfast bar had the usual continental breakfast, with cold cereals added for children. Staff manned the station to make sure that everything was stocked.|Westgate Mall is across the street as well as restaurants.|My husband accidentally left his chain that had his dad’s wedding ring on it and they called us 20 minutes after we left to let us know. We were able to go back and retrieve it.|I would highly recommend this hotel, and plan to stay here again for future trips.|Thank you.

We have visited this particular Hotel frequently. It is always clean and tidy and the breakfast area is as well. The staff are extremely friendly and just love the cookies. Perfect for a late night snack. We will be booking again next time we are in Brockton as my husband is from there and we live in FL.
