Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Brockton/Easton

My wife and I had a very welcoming experience at this location. The staff were more than considerate and understanding with our untimely, unexpected delay in our arrival due to unforseen transportation issues. Ashley I believe her name was? Was great!! She made us feel as if we were at home away from HOME. Her sense of geniune care to our set back and her hospitality was unmatched. There was even a gentleman there whom I believe was security (?) noticed us struggling with our belongings offered to help (and DID) my family and I get EVERYTHING safely to our room. Which was a blessing because of how exhausted we all were from being on the road almost 7.5 hours not including be stranded roadside with a flat for almost another hour. Residence Inn really made things just that much easier on us

“Every time I visit this hotel it is an amazing stay. Nick and Elani, always show exceptional hospitality, making each stay comfortable and memorable.” They go above and beyond the call of service making sure our rooms are clean and even call to check on us to make sure our room is to our liking. ||In August our son had a last minute hiccup with his move in day at college. Who did we call? Nick! he was able to get my son a room so he didn’t have to sleep in his car. This is where we stay whenever we come to visit our son at college! Kudos to Nick and Elani for their exceptional hospitality! I totally recommend this hotel! 🥰

A quick stay for my birthday, The Residence Inn was in the perfect location for easy access to the highway to visit Boston and the surrounding area. Ashely and Elani were the highlight of my stay. For their professionalism and genuinely caring attitude. They made my stay feel a little more personal. If I am to visit the area again I would stay here simply for their 5-star service.

Shout out to the Security staff at this location in Brockton! While me and my man were here there was a fire 🔥 scare on like the second or third floor but the Security guard was on it! Notifying all the guests and getting them safely downstairs 🙏🏻👮🏻‍♂️. The other guests weren't to happy to be *DISTURBED but *MY BOYFRIEND AND I COULDN'T OF BEEN MORE GREATFUL. I lost my Father and niece 💔💔 in a fire in 2022 so I know fast fires can spread and how serious to take them. I remember 💭 when we checked out the feeling of gratitude 🙏🏻 and assurance 🛡💖 that my boyfriend and I left with.
