Tru by Hilton Beaufort

I had an outstanding welcoming at the hotel and can’t say enough great things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, the lobby absolutely stood out. It was beautifully decorated for St. Patrick’s Day, with festive touches that were both tasteful and fun every wjere you looked. The atmosphere was welcoming, vibrant, and would instantly put anyone at ease . It’s clear the team takes pride in creating an environment that feels special and memorable. I also want to give a huge thank you to Dave at the front desk. Friendly right from the start, andI had a bit of a dynamic room situation which he handled with professionalism genuine care. He walked me through each step to fix the issue and turned what could have been a stressful moment into a seamless experience. Exceptional servic

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Nice close stay to Parris Island for graduation. I would recommend. One elevator was broken but we didn’t wait long for second elevator. The modern water fountain was greatly appreciated. Lots of tea selection however the hot water was never really hot. Always needs to microwave it at the desk. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Positive: Well the cleaning was good and staff was good Negative: One of the staff of hotel was saying my son was making noise which I didn’t appreciate just a problem with one staff member

Very clean hotel! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Love the pool table area and the ability to get a beer from the market. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again when traveling through!

First time staying at a Tru hotel, and we'll certainly look for one again, next time we need a place to stay while traveling. The Beaufort, SC location was very clean and modern. The staff was quite pleasant, and the breakfast selection was on point! The on-suite bathroom was very nice, and the modern shower, with actual water pressure, was a big plus for me (I'm sure that's relatable to anyone reading this). Nothing like driving all day, and then checking in to your hotel room, romanticizing about how wonderful that hot shower is going be, only to have it dribble out at you from some busted-up, greenish-colored fixture...not this time!
