We had a great experience at this hotel. Our children enjoy the space. I would recommend bigger trash cans and maybe another night stand. The front desk gave everything we asked for. Will definitely be back.

I've become a loyal Hitlon customer over the past few years, but this stay did NOT live up to the standards I've come to expect. 1. Noisy- rooms paper thin with excessive noise from the freeway. The "quiet hours" curfew was not respected or enforced, so you could hear kids in the pool at crazy hours of the night. 2. One ice machine for the entire hotel which was broken for the majority of our stay. 3. Pool was GREEN and smelled of sitting swamp water. We could not use this amenity during our 5 day stay bc of this. 4. Pool area dirty as heck...I counted 5 used bandaids just upon entering the pool area. 5. Staff was rude and could be overheard talking about other guests and cursing. 6. Breakfast was very minimal. It was supposed to be served until 930 am but by 9am was put up. I was told at

Checked in on my Hilton app to get a great price. If you call most of the time an agent will book the room for you and they add their rate to the booking. Our room was on the first floor and convent to ground floor activity. The room was a bit outdated but functional. My biggest issue was the shower faucet and shower head. The faucet, you can turn in circles and no water came out. The handle didn't match the hotel and cool water. The shower head setting was jammed for hard spray and there's no adjustment! The water spray was sting my skin! The staff was very polite, informative, and professional. I do not recommend this place! Someone that works at this hotel is a thief. They came in my room and stole money from my purse. I checked in to room and had to walk outside to car. Was outside for maybe 10 minutes. When I walked out of the room hotel staff was in the hall around my room. While I was outside, someone came in my room and stole all my cash out of my purse. The lady at front desk refuses to give me managers number. She only gave me a email to contact him. I am traveling with disabled daughter and now all my cash is gone. My purse was zipped up in another bag. The room was locked and I was the only one with the door key. It had to of been someone with a master key to get in and out that quick. I have made a police report and will continue trying to find out who came in my room
