Building is nice, but this hotel is always full with children and the hotel down not have any rules, so you see unsupervised kids in the gym lifting kettle bells and throwing fitness 5 lbs balls to the ground and to each other. This is not a location I would recommend for elderly people or people that want to get a good night sleep. During my stay kids were running the hallways at 11 pm and jumping in their rooms in the floor above us.

This hotel was perfectly located near my elderly mom. We finally found one worth using again after years of trying many other hotels in the area. The decor is vibrant and welcoming. Mason Millsape was warm and friendly as he checked us in and directed us to parking near the elevators. Hugo Landivar and Dominique Jeter were also kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, especially the oatmeal. Although there wasn’t a coffeemaker in the room, coffee and tea were available in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. The surprising feature was the comfortable temperature; we didn’t have to adjust it. Our stay at this hotel was great. While some people describe it as a basic hotel experience, we found that it had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We really liked the fact that the rooms are not carpeted, so it's great for people with allergies. Great lobby which is a fun gathering area with a pool table. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This is such a beautiful and fancy hotel. I really love this place. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well organized. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay here and felt very relaxed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable experience. I would love to come back again.

The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. The problem was the lack of enforcement about any rules regarding children. There were young children unattended in the gym, they could have hurt themselves or someone else. There were numerous children running around the lobby at all times, it was difficult to access the breakfast without getting run into, and it was very loud and chaotic. And late at night (after 11 PM) there were children running and yelling repeatedly up and down the halls. I don’t know where their parents were. We asked them nicely to stop, and when it continued we called the front desk twice—the front desk said they would look into it but the loud yelling and running continued until after midnight.
