Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North

No Stars!! Where to begin…? First off I felt we were penalized for booking our rooms through Booking.com, their whole demeanor changed when we told them that at check in. The next morning my husband went down to the lobby for breakfast and they asked him what room he was staying in, he told them and then they told him, your stay doesn’t include breakfast. You went through Booking.com and there should’ve been an option for breakfast. I don’t care who we went through, we are paying customers and he’s one person standing in front of you and you told him no. It’s the holidays and it was the day before Thanksgiving. Next, we checked in on a Tuesday and this nasty hotel made our bed up and left the same sheets on for 3 days!! We had to ask for towels after my husband asked housekeeping if they w

The hotel does not provide electric kettle to boil water & was not supplying bottled water to the guests as well. You had to pay for basic drinking water USD2.00 per 600mm bottle. Getting drinking water is a big problem from the hotel. The restaurant there is basis … there wasn’t much food available. The only bright point is that airport shuttle service was provided.

Hashmatullah Alizada Was extremely helpful in helping me when I arrived in Virginia and was instrumental in assisting me with living arrangements for the week my car was broke down. He has been extra helpful in my learning to navigate the northern Virginia area, around my new job. I cannot thank him enough for going out of his way to make me feel comfortable and accommodating me during a very stressful time. He has not hesitated to go above and beyond the normal responsibilities to ensure I have been accommodated!

I stayed in this hotel for 11 days, unfortunatly the experience was not the best. For starters there was an issue with the wifi there, every 2 days the internet would stop working and I would have to forget the network and sign in again on all my devices for it to work. The second and more urgent issue is that unfortunatly I did not feel like I have any privacy there. House keeping would knock and barge in without waiting for a minute for me to go open or respond. This has created an issue where they barged in 3 times in my stay where I was in the room. Also I had an issue where after house keeping cleans the rooms they would forget to put towels so i would have to order some every time. Lastly, they do not check the ammenities in the bathroom. We stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight from Dulles. Overall, the hotel is pretty okay for a brief stay, but couple of things make it a bit difficult for me. One, the heater in the room was noisy enough that it didn't let me sleep properly. I had to ultimately turn it off (it was a very cold night) to catch a few winks. Second, healthy breakfast choices were extremely limited. I actually walked over to a convenient store across the street to get me some cereal bars.
