Got stuck overnight and United got me this hotel. My main concern was cleanliness and Aloft delivered on that. Very clean room with hard floors (not carpet) and a washable duvet. Roughly a 15min drive from the airport. There's a shuttle but it runs infrequently (once an hour).

I had a great stay at the Aloft Hotel in Ashburn, Virginia. The room was very clean, and the shower was amazing — which really matters to me since I’m big on nice showers. Jose at the front desk was excellent during checkout and helped me out smoothly with cashing out my waters. Lisabel, the housekeeper, was also wonderful and made sure everything was okay before I left. Her attention to detail really stood out, and I was happy to leave her a tip. Overall, great service, clean rooms, and a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel due to a United flight cancellation on Sunday, and getting there was a whole journey. When we arrived, the kitchen was already closed and there was no food available. The best part of the experience was the front desk agent, Josep. He was very kind and helpful, giving us directions to get food and explaining transportation to the airport. He was also there the next morning and took the time to explain how the United meal card worked. We didn’t have cash to tip him, but we truly appreciate his great attitude, professionalism, and going above and beyond. Thank you, Josep!

Shiv, Daniel. Melissa, Kaylee, Jose and Listya are all amazing in every aspect of their jobs. Shiv and Daniel are amazing bartenders, every drink I order is up to par with my expectations and they both communicate with every customer (not only about their drink but also about their visit), Jose whether he is at the front, or helping out at the bar, always is providing the best service possible he really cares about the people he serves, Melissa and Kaylee are both very heart warming people and checking in with either of them is hassle free. Listya is newer to the crew but don’t count her out… she does an amazing job helping serve customers at the bar and in the kitchen, she always gives her 100% and I have nothing to complain about when it comes to her service.
