An Exceptional Stay — Truly Exceeded Expectations I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens felt luxurious, and everything—from lighting to temperature—was just right. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the cleanliness to the little touches that made the stay feel special. The location was ideal: convenient, safe, and close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Spent two nights here. No housekeeping (only only when staying 3 nights or more apparently). That alone makes it average. Hard to get towels even. Room was ok but needs some TLC. Toilets don’t flush well at all. Outlets on both sides of bed would be helpful. Gym had decent equipment.

Our room was very clean. Everyone was nice and the night attendant was very helpful and friendly. Easy access to everything in town. The pool was nice, breakfast was just your traditional basic items such as bagels, muffins and cereal. Coffee was really good and my daughter said the juice was good. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Clean all the way from the entrance to the room as well. Tidy and seemed to be enough towels etc for the short day trip. Soap amenities in the shower were amazing. Also! Gentleman at the front desk (late Saturday evening shift) was exceptional. Was patient and understanding when the system blocked our cards for security reasons. Best front desk service from anyone we’ve ever encountered before.

The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very nice and approachable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable could have used a little more cleaning. Bad points: 1. They didn't plow parking lot during or after snow storm. I stayed there to be close to hospital, so I could go into work. When it was time for me to go to work, my suv got stuck, and it took several hours to shovel my suv through the parking lot to get out. Luckily, I had a shovel with me. Needless to say, I didn't make it in to work my shift. 2. There's no restaurant at this location. 3. Outlet only on one side of the bed.
